Hi,

just saw that if the user removes the 'all languages' organization
name, and states only the name in a language, then the institution name
appears as '0' everywhere the language has not been selected...

I think a simple fix would be to state in *bold letters* that the
all-languages option should always be configured... or do you think it's
better to do a javascript/serverside check and warn the user if the
all-languages organization name is not there?
