this morning dpdk22.11 hit the sid so please sudo /rtr/update.sh when 
convenient...
at the end of the process, when it asks you to autoremove, choose no... it'll 
result
in both old and new libraries being left installed:

mc36@noti:~$ sudo dpkg -l | grep librte-net-e1000
ii  librte-net-e1000-22:amd64                                   21.11-5+b2    
                            amd64        Data Plane Development Kit 
(librte-net-e1000 runtime library)
ii  librte-net-e1000-23:amd64                                   22.11.1-2     
                            amd64        Data Plane Development Kit 
(librte-net-e1000 runtime library)

it's needed because i'll let my builder on dpdk21.11 for a while for you to 
catch up...
