Hi everyone,

 

I did a one-line install on a Debian VM on Google Cloud, as I had been doing for a long time. Then I used the commands: "write", "test hwext path /rtr/rtr- dataplane p4emu", "reload cold", to convert it into a data plane. Unfortunately it didn't work, because the hw and sw files were modified, but I can't access the VM anymore with "telnet 10.255.255.254".

 

I used the same VM, OS and commands settings in VirtualBox and it worked.

 

Is there a step I'm missing? I'm still comparing the installations, but I haven't found the reason for the problem.
