Not sure this will work, though :/ According to a recent post on the
forum:

"the official word is that the program is "suspended" for now. Which
is why the forms have been disabled, no new members are currently
being admitted"

I haven't heard an actual official statement by Intel about the fate
of the ICRP and the SDE.
