so before they moved to the new cmake stuff, yeahhh i also was not able
to start the sde on sid, but, sde980 and 990 runs fine...
the kernel module is believed to run something up to a half a year ago,
and i did not tracked their process after that, because my stordis is
in the field test now, but assuming what happened beforehand, it was
about 1-2 lines quarterly, because of the kernel internal api changes...
and since it always was compile time issue, if you have the will i can
continue this work with the disclaimer that for now i have no other
chance to test except in the lab... :)
