No, it's 11.0 and it's been so for a while.  Where did you see 10.8?

BTW, you asked me to move to the newest Debian 11 release
recently. I'm reluctant to do this unless there is a real need.  The
main reason is that we'd have to maintain support for more and more
kernels over time and I'd like to keep this to a minimum, at least for
now.
