Following the information on deprecation of GÉANT Code of Conduct v1 and switching to REFEDS Data Protection Code of Conduct v2

the validator code was modified to meet CoCov2 specification.

The newest validator version available on the technical.edugain.org site includes rules  which apply to entities with CoCov2 declaration.

Metadata requirements specified in https://refeds.org/category/code-of-conduct/v2 Section 5 are covered.

For now every CoCov2 problem receives a warning not an error.

We have in eduGAIN upstream feeds a few SPs with CoCov2 entity category and some of them have new warnings now.

The rules related to CoCov1 are still on board, they will be removed soon.

We plan to switch to this new version of the validator in the MDS aggregation next week. This means that the new warnings will be visible in the eduGAIN entities database from that moment.

The newest validator has also the new rule to check if an URL given in mdui:Logo element contains only ASCII chars and it reports error for any non-ASCII URLs.

We decided to add such a rule after the incident in the last week, when it turned out that non-ASCII Logo element is causing a problem in SimpleSAMLphp's metarefresh module.
