Dear Owen and Ahmed,

please find my review below.

MRPS

- section 3, pag. 4: as suggested in the MRPS template, for describing
the joining process it would be better to refer to the Federation Policy
instead of the eduid.ng website.

- section 3, pag. 4: fourth and fifth paragraphs are missing:
- the official databases examples and/or link for the checks on the
provided legal name.
- the process to identify the Registered Representatives.

- section 4, pag. 5: in the RegistrationInfo example please provide the
eduid.ng registrationAuthority value and RegistrationPolicy URL.

- section 5.1, pag. 6: it is reported that "A member’s canonical name
matches registrant information shown in DNS", but DNS does not provide
registrant information, those are usually retrieved with WHOIS.

- section 6, pag. 7: i

- section 6.2, pag. 7:there is a problem with the formatting of the
document, please check.

Federation Policy

- section 3, pag. 5: it's mentioned that a list of Federation Members
will be published, but I was unable to find it in the website.

- section 4, pag. 6: the eligibility criteria for joining the Federation
as an affiliate member or Service Provider are missing.

IdP/SP Registration Form

- general: there seems to be no distinction between joining the
Federation and registering an entity. And in fact there are no separate
forms for joining and entity registration. I think this has been done on
purpose, but I would warn on the fact that t could become quite tedious
as you will have to verify each entity registration request as a new
membership and may lead to having multiple contradicting contacts for
the same members, not to mention that it is unclear which is the entity
technical contact and the member's one. If you still want to keep the
number of forms at minimum, which IMO is wise, I would at least add an
"Already a member" option and clearly separate the entity's technical
contact from member's one.

Bests,
Davide
