Dear All

We reached out to you last week to cancel the planned Town Hall from 24th - 25th March in Stockholm. In order to help people rearrange travel where this is easier than battling with insurance companies and cancellations, we have now rescheduled the meeting to the 27th - 28th October 2020 in the same venue. More information will follow in due course but please make a note of these new dates.

We will also arrange two short videoconferences for the week of the original Town Hall with a focus on eduGAIN updates. One will be an opportunity to hear the planned federation updates and one will cover service issues such as MDQ, CoCo and an update on incubator projects. Casper will send out further details very shortly and these of course will be open to everyone even if you were not originally planning to attend the face to face.

The planned eduroam meeting in Stockholm will also be rescheduled as a VC and Miro will share more information on this shortly.

More details to come, but thank you all for your patience as we try to reschedule in the most appropriate way.
