Hello everyone,

as previously announced, the eduGAIN OT is now ready to deliver two
eduGAIN metadata feeds:

- the stable one, produced with the current tools, at**:
  http://mds.edugain.org/edugain-v1.xml

- the beta one, produced with updated tools, at:
  http://mds.edugain.org/edugain-v1-beta.xml

The beta feed will be updated hourly as the stable one. Please test it
and provide your feedback.

Two weeks from now, on December 9th, if no major issues will be raised,
the eduGAIN OT will replace the stable feed with the beta one.

Please note that the current beta feed is also stripped of the
`xsi:type` attribute in the `AttributeValue` element which caused
troubles to the Shibboleth MDA instances that were not already filtering it.
