In the IdP and SP guides, there is mention of a suite of tests that IdPs must pass. This is a great idea. Do you have a document that outlines what these tests are?
The IdP and SP policy annexes and the federation policy have a typo: "Elegibility" should be "Eligibility".
Everything else looks good to me.

Hi,
For the MRPS, in paragraph 3 there is a section that seems to be missing. Highlighted the missing part.
The membership process verifies that the prospective member has legal capacity, and requires that all members enter into a contractual relationship with the Federation Operator by agreeing to the Federation policy. The Operator makes checks based on the legal name provided. The checks are conducted with a number of official databases.
And an addition of a new paragraph 5.3 “Scope Format” ???
Note that for the IdP policy paragraph 3.3 the link http://www.cudi.edu.mx/ember is not working.
Kind Regards,
Antonis

All,
As eduGAIN Chair, I present to you the application of:
· Mexico / FENIX
You can find more detailed information about the federation under "eduGAIN Candidates” at:
which contains links to their policy and MRPS.
This application is from an organisation that is closely aligned with both the GÉANT and RedCLARA communities, is supporting the institutions of the United Mexican States via CUDI their NREN, which is also the .mx Roaming Operator for eduroam.
I ask the following federations to specifically review the submission by the United Mexican States / FENIX:
· Cyprus/CIF
· Czech Republic/eduID.cz
· Denmark/WAYF
· Ecuador/ColFIRE
· Estonia/TAAT
All eduGAIN members can (and should) provide feedback on this but to share the burden of review around, these five (5) federations have a specific responsibility.
If you have any questions please contact the FENIX team (Gabriel Cruz and Fernando Aranda) who are subscribed to this mailing list.
Formal components of the membership process will be via the eduGAIN Steering Group mailing list.
Thanks,
Terry.
