From my perspective, generally looking pretty good for a first attempt! Only
a few things that I noticed that needs addressing:


MDRPS:

Looking good, just one thing - section 5: discusses domain verification in
terms of entityIDs, but nothing about scopes. Assuming you do the same checks
for domains in scopes as in entityIDs, you need to document that here. If you
don’t do those checks, we may have a problem...


Policy:

Various points mention “technology profiles”, but there are none. You need to
create that technology profile if you actually reference it.

Section 3.3 - "Must pay the fees. Prices and payment terms are specified in
appendix”. But no appendix.

Section 4 - edugain service providers are eligible to provide identity
provider services?
