I agree with Leif.
I just answered to what seems to be a typical international-user question:
When trying to login to "put_your-service_here" an error occured
Our login service complained:
"Can not find metadata for this connection:
https://put_your-service_metadata_here"
Can this be a misconfig at the your site, or shall I go to my federation/IdP or eventual eduGAIN?
