Unfortunately it can take up to two days for all information to migrate from your export file to CAT.

My name is André Luis Forigato, and I am responsible for the operational administration of the eduroam federation infrastructure at RNP – Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa.

          RNP is Brazil’s National Research and Education Network (NREN)
          and serves as the National Roaming Operator (NRO) for eduroam
          in Brazil.
        
          When accessing the “RADIUS/TLS certificate management for
          National Roaming Operator” section in the CAT administration
          interface for Brazil, we receive the following message:
        
          “You can not request certificates because there is no server
          information for BR in the eduroam DB.”
        
          Please see the attached screenshot.
        
          Could you please advise us on how to enable this functionality
          for Brazil? Specifically, we would like to understand:

              Which server information is missing from the eduroam
              database?
          
          
            
              Where and how should we register or update this
              information?
          
          
            
              Are any additional permissions, validations, or
              configuration steps required before we can request
              certificates through CAT?
          
        
        
          We would appreciate your guidance on the necessary steps. If
          this request should be handled by another team, please let us
          know whom we should contact.
