Hello,

I am contacting you because I am unable to connect to the eduroam network on campus using my Mac.

When I try to log in with my Paris 1 credentials (address@concealed), I get an error message stating that my account "does not support the expected services" and instructs me to contact the administrator.

I also tried using the official eduroam CAT configuration tool, but the installation blocks because it asks for an organizational password or redirects to a remote management error.

Could you please verify if my student account is properly configured and synchronized on the Wi-Fi authentication servers?

I am using MacBookAir Sequoia 15.7.1.
