If you recently experienced issues on the CAT website (button clicks not doing anything), I would suggest you clear your browser cache (or hit Ctrl+Shift+R to force a proper refresh in Chrome) and then try again. There may still be an older version of any _javascript_ stuff in your cache that interferes. :-)
