Hello eduroam Support Team,
I am a Wireless Engineer at the University of Texas at Dallas. We are currently a participating institution and would like to ensure we are fully leveraging the federation's capabilities while validating our current deployment and operational practices.
I am looking for guidance on the following areas:

• Observability & Logging:
Beyond our local RADIUS infrastructure (FreeRADIUS/NPS), does eduroam provide any centralized dashboard, reporting platform, or tooling that allows participating institutions to monitor authentication trends, roaming activity, or cross-realm authentication failures in real time?

• OS-Specific Authentication Issues:
We are currently troubleshooting a client disparity where macOS devices authenticate successfully, while a subset of Windows devices receive "Can't connect to this network" errors. At this time, we suspect this may be related to differences in 802.1X supplicant behavior, certificate trust validation, or EAP-TLS/PEAP handling on Windows systems.

• Certificate Management / eduroam CAT:
I would also like to validate our currently published certificate chain and institutional configuration within the eduroam database. I attempted to use the eduroam CAT tool to review and manage our configuration, but our organization does not appear in the available institution list/field. Could you advise on the correct process for accessing or updating our institutional profile and server certificates to ensure seamless trust for roaming users?
If possible, could we coordinate a brief technical discussion with the appropriate team?

Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Xousack Sysaath
