Hi Team, 

Please can you help me? I can see our organisation in the list, and I can log in to the portal, but it says I am not an Admin for any Organisation. 

I am the Administrator for The Alan Turing eduroam. Please can you add me, and also could you let me know how I go about setting up the download tool.
