Dear CAT support team,

I would like to ask for your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing on the eduroam CAT platform.

When performing tests on the page cat.eduroam.org, specifically under the “Live login tests” tab, any attempt to enter a username and password and then click “Submit credentials” consistently results in “Connection timeout.”

This occurs regardless of which credentials are used.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this behavior?
Is there any issue on the platform at the moment, or is there something specific that needs to be configured on our side?
