Contactez le service d'assistance informatique de l'Université de Paris, qui devrait pouvoir résoudre ce problème. Si l'authentification a réussi mais que vous n'obtenez pas de connexion, cela signifie qu'il y a un autre problème, et le service d'assistance informatique devrait pouvoir le résoudre.

 

You should contact the University of Paris IT Helpdesk, who should be able to resolve this issue. If authentication was successful but you don't get a connection, this means there is another problem, and the IT Helpdesk should be able to resolve it.

Subject: [[cat-users]] problème connexion eduroam

 

Bonjour, 

 

Je ne parviens plus à me connecter à eduroam depuis plusieurs jours. Je suis étudiante à l'université Paris-cité, mon nom de domaine est etu.u-paris.fr

Mon ordinateur détecte le réseau eduroam, mais demande de m'authentifier. Quand je rentre mes identifiants, il me dit que la connexion n'a pas pu aboutir. J'ai désinstallé mon programme eduroam Paris Cité, réinstaller une nouvelle version. Lors de l'installation du logiciel, mes identifiants fonctionnent, mais la connexion ne se fait toujours pas.
