Vous devez contacter le service d'assistance de l'Université de Bordeaux et leur demander de l'aide. S'ils ont un bureau sur le campus, allez-y et expliquez-leur le problème ; ils devraient pouvoir le résoudre.

 

You have to contact the helpdesk for U Bordeaux and ask them to help with this. If they have an office on campus, go there and show them the problem and they should be able to fix it.

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai téléchargé l'installateur, mais ils n'acceptent pas mon identifiant qui est "address@concealed" car il n'est pas dans le bon format, mon IDUM ne marche pas non plus. 

Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît.
