Hi Eduroam CAT team,

I am the National Roaming operator administrator for AU.

We are currently facing an issue when accessing the CAT tool
https://cat.eduroam.org/.

We login via this method and are receive the error below with tracking number

1.      Navigate to https://cat.eduroam.org/
2.      Top right select Manage > eduroam admin access
3.      Select login
4.      Select AARNET under EduGain
5.      Then login via shibboleth
