You have to contact RNP who should be able to provide you access to CAT. They will probably send you a new token and you have to re-link your account.

Good morning,

Hello everyone,

I need your support with an issue. I used to be the administrator for the UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO OESTE DA BAHIA in the CAT Eduroam system. However, I no longer have access to manage the university's information there.

We would like to update the information, but unfortunately, without the necessary permissions for my user account—or for the current designated coordinator—we are unable to do so.

Could you please assist us with this matter?
