Hello,


your eduroam NRO does not provide sufficient information about itself 
and its connected institutions (i.e. there is no information in the 
eduroam Database about a Taiwan deployment).

Without the eduroam DB information, the NRO itself can not enlist itself 
into eduroam CAT, and as a consequence can also not onboard individual 
institutions.

The absence of contact information also means that I can't contact them 
directly. So you may want to pass the following message on:

1. The NRO needs to provide its operational and contact information by 
means of the following procedures:

- Upload procedures at: 
https://wiki.geant.org/display/H2eduroam/Access+to+eduroam+Operations+Support+Services 
(Section 2 specifically)

- JSON and XML schema for delivering the information at: 
https://monitor.eduroam.org/fact_eduroam_db.php

2. Once they are onboarded as an NRO, they need to enable the 
OpenRoaming permission on NRO level ("NRO Properties", see 
https://wiki.geant.org/display/H2eduroam/A+guide+to+eduroam+CAT+2.0+and+eduroam+Managed+IdP+for+National+Roaming+Operator+administrators#AguidetoeduroamCAT2.0andeduroamManagedIdPforNationalRoamingOperatoradministrators-NROProperties 
) , and can send you the invitation to become an Identity Provider 
inside the TW NRO.
