Hi,

 on this screen you attached you should simply change the realm field to smu.ca, this will cause the outer identity to be address@concealed, the inner username will be what the user actually types into the configuration.

Since you are using PEAP I must warn about one possible problem with Windows. Windows takes the realm for the outer identity from the user's inner name, therefore if the user would type in address@concealed the outer identity would become address@concealed regardless of the fact that your profile setting says differently. This is how Windows implements PEAP and there is nothing that can be done about this.

Can you connect with Canarie and see what is involved in switching the wi-fi login for Eduroam from address@concealed to address@concealed

I’d like to understand how much effort is required and then plan the cutover date and communications to go out about it.
