Hi,

 on this screen you attached you should simply change the realm field to smu.ca, this will cause the outer identity to be anonymous959595 AT smu.ca, the inner username will be what the user actually types into the configuration.

Since you are using PEAP I must warn about one possible problem with Windows. Windows takes the realm for the outer identity from the user's inner name, therefore if the user would type in my_name AT xxx.smu.ca the outer identity would become anonymous959595 AT xxx.smu.ca regardless of the fact that your profile setting says differently. This is how Windows implements PEAP and there is nothing that can be done about this.
