this is an English speaking mailing list. Uni Konstanz uses a common setup, 
the technical details are laid out on

eduroam CAT _should_ be able to do all the settings. Is this a Windows laptop?
Just double-check username and password on
https://www.kim.uni-konstanz.de/services/konten-und-passwoerter/
Also, make sure you enter the username exactly as
zofia.sereja AT uni-konstanz.de
