Dear eduroam Support Team,


I have been unable to connect to the eduroam WiFi on my Mac for the
past week. I tried downloading the eduroam installer from your
website, but the download link redirects me to Monash University’s
eSolution page instead.


I also sought help from my Monash university’s IT support, but they
were unable to resolve the issue. Could you please advise me on how to
proceed?
