Stefan, good morning.
I'm contacting you because I've tried everything, even the installation of the profile. I changed the password and nothing is working. College support concluded it was my device. But I can connect in any other web. Including WPA2 security, the big difference I see is that usually WPA2 security require an authentication in a website login page. Eduroam requires an app. I hope you can help me.
Bests,
João de Sousa Luz
João,
You may want to try it a different way… on your iOS 10.3 device, go to cat.eduroam.org and browse to your university, then choose the iOS type of installation. You should be prompted to download a mobile profile for iOS. Forget your eduroam connection on the device, install the profile, and then make sure you type in your username correctly (so your userid followed by @ and then your university domain) and your password. Then try again.
I’ve passed your message about the app not being available for iOS 10.3 on to the developers.

Hey there, is everything okay? My name is João, I'm from Brazil, and where I study they use your internet tool, I wonder if you guys can help me.
I recently bought an iOS 10.3.3 iPad tablet (4th generation) . It is pretty outdated, but it fits my current necessities. The problem is that in the first week it was working fine connecting to the college network, but they released a recent update where I can't connect without authentication through your new app, which unfortunately doesn't have support for such an outdated iOS.
It constantly appears that my password is wrong, I tried everything, the college support wasn't able to help me. I can connect through every other network, at my home, and even WPA2 networks with an online authentication, can you guys help me?
Thanks in advance,
Bests,
João de Sousa Luz.
