Hi,

I wanted to access the admin tool https://cat.eduroam.org/admin again, but I cannot get access anymore.

If I search for my email using the "IdP Reminder" it tells me

No providers found for this email

If I log in using our IdP I get in, but the message

"You are not managing any Organisation"

My "Unique Identifier" shown is the persistent pairwise id generated in 2018. So that didn't change.

How do I regain access?
