We’ve checked spam folder and also quarantine.

 

What is the email ‘Subject’ and ‘From’ address that I can search for in my Inbox to look for this invitation?

Hi,

   I have checked the logs which appear t be fine. When you are send the invitation, do you get the confirmation message on the management interface in CAT. When you enter again the add/remove administrators for your institution does it say that there are invitations waiting to be used?

Did the new admin check the SPAM folder?

Hi All,

 

I am trying to invite my colleague paul.hii AT aarnet.edu.au administrator for IdP 'AARNet Pty Ltd' on the eduroam Configuration Assistant Tool.

 

However, he is not receiving the invitation email.

 

Are there any prerequisites before adding an administrator to the CAT tool for example adding to:  https://admin.eduroam.edu.au/general/ro.xml  ?
