Turns out that this is an issue with the navigation settings on my phone.  As a Luddite, I switched from the default gesture navigation to 3 button nav.  As soon as I switched back, everything worked normally.

I was able to get a screenshot of the behavior.  It looks like it actually is working for our production network.

I was trying to use it with a test eduroam SSID that I spun up, but it seems that there is a problem with the cert.

So it seems that while this is annoying, it is not a show stopper, it looks like the problem is something else on my end.

Thanks,

Jon

Hi,

I'm currently working with a Google Pixel 7 running Android 14 with Security updates for August 5, 2024.

geteduroam version: 2.0.1(1926)

When I run the geteduroam app, I'm able to select my institution, and I'm prompted for my credentials.  After entering my credentials, I get a popup asking me if I want to save the network.  The popup appears at the very bottom of my screen, and the 'Cancel' and 'Save' buttons are almost obscured by the back button and the square button.  Clicking on either option has no effect - I don't see the text highlight when I tap, and I'm not able to see any change on the screen at all.  I seem to be stuck here until I click the back button, or click anywhere else on the screen.  This makes the pop-up dialogue go away, but it doesn't seem to save the network.

I tried to search the archives to see if this was a known issue, but I came up empty.

Thanks in advance,
