You should be getting in touch with University College Dublin's IT support to resolve this. Together with Northeastern and HEANet (the Irish national eduroam operator) they should be able to trace the problem.

Subject: [[cat-users]] Trouble connecting to eduroam

 

Hi there,

I am having trouble connecting to eduroam at a different institute to the one I am enrolled in. I am a staff member of University College Dublin and am currently in Boston at Northeastern University working on a research project that we are collaborating together on and I am unable to connect to the eduroam wifi network here. I usually have access to it and have gone through all the set-up measures but when I go to connect here it bounces back saying that I am unable to connect. If you could please help me with this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
