Hello,
I'm just reaching out again as I was in touch with the people here at the UofT grad house (where I'm staying for the next two months) and they were able to provide a temporary Eduroam account and password. I've tested it on both my Macbook and iPhone and it's working seamlessly. As well, it's valid for my entire stay. I'm thinking I'll reach out again when I return to UBC so I can get a permanent hook up to Eduroam. Thanks!

I’m a graduate student with the University of British Columbia and I’ve just moved to Toronto to begin an internship with Sportsnet. I just moved into the Graduate house at the University of Toronto, and cannot connect to Eduroam at all - on either my MacBook Air or iPhone SE.
I need help in resolving this immediately as my internship begins on Wednesday and I may have days were I work from home and need stable internet. Is there a number I can call to get this resolved? Thanks I’m advance for your time.
