Hi Sean,

eduroam - U.S. is providing a tool: the eduroam Federation Manager [1]
to update information about org. adminsitrators, realms, RADIUS
servers and hotspots. I suppose this tool can be used to feed
the (global) eduroan DB with information and to aid org. admins
in getting admin access to the eduroam CAT. You can find more
information about the tool [2] on the Internet2 wiki [3].

University of California, Berkeley is the Internet2 member
in Higher Ed Institution category [4]. I suppose Internet2
is your direct contact in this matter (i.e. getting admin
access to the eduroam CAT) as Stefan has just mentioned.

Kind regards,
Martin
