If no-one from RESTENA has been in touch with you about this, that is the correct process. You need to log into CAT with your federated (or Shibboleth) credential, or a social networking credential (like Google, Facebook or LinkedIn). I can’t see LIST in the eduID Luxembourg registry, so it will probably need to be a social network credential under ‘socialnet’. If you don’t want to use one of those, I would suggest that LIST apply for membership in eduID Luxembourg, and then, once that’s set up, use your credential through there to join CAT. That said, RESTENA will have to reissue a token for you then because tokens are only valid for 24 hours.

Hello,
I received a mail with token to enroll in Eduroam admin for Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology by it seems that the enrollement page is not fonctional.
I tried with the direct link, wiith https://cat.eduroam.org/admin/ and also by clicking Login from this page :
Everytime I'm redirected to this page :
