Hi as long as your Arduino device connectivity doesn't support 802.1X and EAP it will be really difficult for it to join eduroam network.
If you have possibility, I suggest you to use ESP32 instead of arduino
see here.
https://www.elektormagazine.com/labs/how-connect-esp32-to-wpawpa2-enterprise-network
ESP32 support the Arduino frameworks.

I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently working on a project involving CO2 sensors and need assistance in connecting an Arduino board to the Eduroam network. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find a clear method to establish this connection. Eduroam connectivity is essential for the success of my project, and I am reaching out for guidance on the steps required to achieve this.

Your expertise and support in resolving this matter would be immensely appreciated. Any instructions or advice you can provide regarding the connection process would be incredibly valuable to me.

Thank you very much for your time and assistance in advance.

Best regards,

Eloy
