Hi Ylermi,

 

Can you give us more information on the distribution and version of Linux you are using? We’re aware that there are newer versions of Ubuntu that have made changes that have caused issues when attempting to connect wirelessly.

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

I cannot configure correctly eduroam in Linux as a user of Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC).

But it works in both Windows and Android.

I have followed the steps indicated by the web and the Python script.

Maybe the problem is in the Wireless security section, as fields may have wrong values.

 

The IT staff from ULPGC said that I should contact you as they cannot help.
