Hello,

the translation policy is that a language needs to achieve 100% translation completeness in the user-facing parts of the product for major and minor version releases. Once it is in, it will be included in all subsequent patchlevel releases.

For the initial 2.1 minor release, Slovenian did not meet that inclusion criterion.

As it stands now, they will reach that target for the upcoming 2.1.1 release, so Slovenian will become available by that time.
