How many servers have you got at Lausanne? Is it possible that you still have one that sends the wrong certificate? If that's not the case, do the users that are experiencing the problem use the 'eduroam CAT' or the 'geteduroam' app? They should be using the second (geteduroam). From what I understand, once the CAT profile is updated at cat.eduroam.org, the geteduroam app may take up to an hour to have the new profile, but you can download the profile directly from cat.eduroam.org and then load it with the geteduroam app.

The 'eduroam CAT' app on Google Play is only for old versions of Android (Android 9 and older).

Hello,

We changed on Monday the eduroam Certificate on our network.

This year, we changed also the Root Certificate to move from the old Quovadis cert to Digicert.

We update the certificate on eduroamcat website :

The eduroamcat solved most of the problem with users however it looks some Android still get the Quovadis certificate.

It’s or the last generation Samsungs, or old Anrdroids.

They tried to restart, update Google PlayStore, …

On my Galaxy S10e, I got the right certificate with eduroamcat 1.2.14.

Did you encounter the issue with other Universities ?
