Hi,
You shouldn't be using the 'eduroam CAT' app on devices newer than Android 10. In fact, from Android 8, you should probably use the 'geteduroam' app instead. It provides a generally better user experience, and on Android 11 and beyond is the only app that works with the new Google APIs on those versions of Android.
I suggest you check your profile with geteduroam, and if it works ok, change the user instructions you provide to your users.

Hi guys, are you ok? Recently we have had some issues with the Android version above 10.0 and the mobile application on Play Store (this software was developed to work in the previous version of Android.
