according info we may get from your email, You try to use eduroam in 
Student Dormitory Rijeka, Croatia, so eduroam NRO
 Croatia send you private email.

Also, according our knowledge your issue isnt connected to CAT in any 
way, but with local eduroam documentation in Student Dormitory.
