Well,

  it is indeed an eduroam tool therefore it will install the eduroam SSID, it can also configure the wired network using the same credentials as are used for eduroam.

The question has been asked of me “Can you use the CAT tool to onboard to a wired 802.1x network?”… I’m guessing, no? It seems a very eduroam focused tool to me.
