Dear CAT-developers,


I try to access the eduroam of uni-kassel.de which is available from my notebook, but when I try to connect with my smartphone (Realme 8 RMX 3085, Realme UI Version 3.0 Android 12), seemingly before any connection attempts are made, an error occurs. The error states: Profile failed to install! Please check your lock screen settings (a screen lock is required) and try connecting again."

I did try multiple screen lock settings and user profiles on this device. Also I work for the IT Service of my university, so it would be quite helpful to be able to know a solution to issues like that. Can you help me?
