Hello,
your Identity Provider (University) should fix their RADIUS server to not provide broken TLS v1.3. In the meantime you can fix the issue on your client by letting it use the older TLS v1.2 protocol, which was in use with previous versions of Windows. You can do so by adding this value to the registry of your computer with Win11_22H2:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RasMan\PPP\EAP\13]
"TLSVersion"=dword:00000fc0

we have investigated the issue and it seems like the problem is caused by the recent Windows 11 22H2 update. Until this issue is resolved, you may roll back your Windows Version to 22H1. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further support for private devices.With kind regards

if you are having issues with the Eduroam installer, you can try using the GetEduroam app instead. You can download the app via the following link: https://www.geteduroam.app/After the app is installed/downloaded, Eduroam can be set up as follows:
1. At startup, you will be asked for your organisation. Search for "Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences".
2. Select the profile "eduroam students".
3. Log in with your university account. When logging in to Eduroam, please note that the username must be in the format "012345 AT students.hochschule-rhein-waal.de" (where "012345" is replaced with your matriculation number). The password is the same password that you use to log in to the OWA webmail service, Moodle, HISinONE, etc.
4. After logging in, the connection will be established automatically.
If there are any problems with the setup, please feel free to contact us again.
