With a properly configured system such prompts should never appear and 
if they do they should be a warning against possible spoofing. If you 
are logging in with an account from an Australian university than you 
should NEVER receive a warning about a certificate coming from a UK server.

I suggest that you go to cat.eduroam.org select your Australian 
institution and use the installer. If you did that and you are still 
getting such warnings, than please send us some more info - which is 
your Australian institution, what is your operating system. This might 
require investigating.
