Beware: The instructions con cat.eduroam.org still mention the old ChromeOS 
URL, citing the info text:
   Please download it, open Chrome, and navigate to the URL 
chrome://net-internals/#chromeos
   Veuillez le télécharger, ouvrir Chrome, et vous rendre à l'URL 
chrome://net-internals/#chromeos

As Jason McDonald and myself have pointed out, you now need to access
chrome://network
(may depend on ChromeSO version, of course)
