The problem with the update has been resolved on the 30th of August. Perhaps you were using an installer that has been downloaded earlier?

The bandwidth problem should not be related to eduroam itself, but it could be some limit set locally for the wireless network with this SSID.

Unfortunately in the eduroam CAT Administration Portal, i cant find a explicit Installer for Windows 11.

Windows 11 seems to be a special OS with eduroam :/
