FYI - If you are experiencing issues with EAP-TTLS on Windows 10, I've found 
that the geteduroam for Windows 10 executable (download at 
https://geteduroam.app/) installs the TTLS profile ok (and it connects fine). 

It should also install the root certificate correctly.

    Yes, we use TTLS, and the installer does ask for credentials on Win10.

    I understand. The most annoying part is the error message, which makes
    quite a few of our new students contact our support team. (Well, they do
    exactly what the error message tells them to do.) They don't try to
    connect to eduroam after seeing the error.
