Hi,

I have been a user of eduroam at the University of Oxford for a few years.

I was connected with no problem.

This summer, I went to Hokkaido University, where I attempted to connect to eduroam unsuccessfully (I don’t know if this is related to my current issue).

Then, I came back to Oxford, and tried to connect to eduroam. After being unable to connect on my phone or laptop, I suspected that I had the wrong password and tried changing my password.

I was then able to connect on my phone, but not my laptop.

I tried downloading the CAT installer on my laptop, but the installation was unsuccessful:

C

Command Prompt showed me this:

I have contacted my university’s IT team and tried many different methods to resolve the issue but still cannot connect.

The strangest thing is that clicking ‘forget network’ on eduroam did not resolve my issue.

Kind regards,

Annie
